easy access to parks and ancient petroglyphs nearby

I enjoyed my stay while exploring the charming city, as the hotel is only about 3 km from the ancient petroglyphs rock, a unique spot that added so much to my weekend strolls, and being just a half-kilometer from Pizza Hut made grabbing a bite super convenient after a day of sightseeing.

Super close to Manchester Baptist Church and Big Hickory Golf Course. The family rooms were perfect for our group. The staff was awesome and super helpful. Clean and comfy stay. Wi-Fi was a bonus too. Can't wait to come back! The place was maintained well, and the pool was great for relaxing after exploring.

Only downside was that one of our friends had trouble with the air conditioning in their room. Otherwise, we had a fantastic experience.

However, the overall cleanliness of the room left much to be desired, with sheets that appeared unwashed and a fridge that didn’t function. Noise from adjacent rooms was a constant distraction, and the vending machines were often empty, forcing trips to nearby stores for snacks.

We had a great time! The kids absolutely loved the indoor pool, and the views of the mountains were stunning. Breakfast options were decent, with tasty waffles and biscuits.

the room was spacious with a king-sized bed and a full-sized sofa. i enjoyed the variety of pillows, and there were plenty of towels. the breakfast area was nice and clean, with decent coffee and bagels available. the shampoo provided was a brand name, which was a nice touch.

I also found a cheeseburger under the edge of the bed in one room. Another room had no hot water in the sink. Check-in was chaotic. This lack of communication was frustrating. The breakfast options were limited, so I ended up eating out. I felt the management could improve their response to guests' concerns for a better overall experience.

The indoor pool was a sweet surprise, kept it clean n well maintained for my daughter. Plus, breakfast, while basic, did have cereal n coffee which got us started right in the morning.
